The Best Housewarming Gifts for Any Home Featured in this article Shopping for someone else's house is intimidating. What housewarming gifts can you give that they won't already have? What's something they'll actually use instead of just adding to their shelf clutter? There are a few easy classics that folks love to gift-who doesn't love a candle or another little houseplant?-but there are also a lot of really useful, beautiful gifts you can give instead. I've lived in eight apartments in the past 10 years and bought my first home last year-here are the housewarming gifts that are getting daily use in my house. Whether you're looking to gift upgraded essentials like bamboo bed sheets or a new baking pan , or fun twists on useful tools like an electric lighter or a beautiful oil vessel , this is the guide to help you find all kinds of interesting and genuinely useful gifts for the home. A Sleek Lighter Luma Flume Electric Lighter Lighters are usually ugly, jostling around in the back of a kitchen drawer and occasionally requiring lighter fluid refills. Now you can give the gift of a super stylish version of the once-ugly lighter with the Luma Flume, an electric lighter that doesn't need extra fluids to work. There's a two-step process to turn it on, to help keep little fingers from accidentally activating the electric prongs. It can stand upright, turning it into a piece of table or countertop decor, and it comes in a couple stylish colors like a purple-gray dune shade and soft sage green. It's a really beautiful upgrade to something that's used frequently in the home. Beautiful Coasters East Fork Glass Cloud Coasters Everyone's home needs a good set of coasters. Not only can they keep your surfaces safe, but a cute set like these Glass Cloud Coasters from East Fork Pottery also make a fun style statement on whatever tabletop they sit...
