Having already lost the ongoing Ashes series, England shut down Australia’s hopes of a clean sweep by chasing down 175 on the second day of the 4th Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday. On the other hand, England snapped their four-match losing streak dating back to the Oval Test against India earlier this year for their third win of the cycle, which has improved their Points Percentage (PCT) to 35.19. So far, England have played 9 Tests, of which they have won three, lost five, and drawn 1.
