Bracken will oversee all elements of production across the company’s portfolio of shows including the Golden Globes, Golden Eve (a new Globes spinoff show launching in January), American Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. “We’re thrilled to have one of the industry’s very best join the team,” Jay Penske , CEO, Dick Clark Productions, said in a statement. “Bill brings deep experience working on some of the most watched shows of our time, creative vision, operational excellence and a collaborative spirit to our work. He has also received two Primetime Emmy nominations as a producer of NBC’s Betty White’s 90th Birthday: A Tribute to America’s Golden Girl (2012) and NBC’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 90th Celebration (2017). Bracken’s other credits include the Emmy Awards, Christmas in Rockefeller Center , Grand Opening of Hong Kong Disneyland, The NAACP Image Awards, Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular, NBC’s Christmas at Graceland , NBC’s Grand Ole Opry: 95 Years of Country Music , NBC’s One Night Only: The Best of Broadway and the Disney+ live concert special Grace for the World: Live from St. Peters Square in Vatican City. Bracken is a member of both the Producers Guild of America and Directors Guild of America.
