Last year, a Flipkart customer from Ghaziabad who ordered a smartphone worth Rs 22,000 was stunned when he opened the same-day delivery package to find neatly placed stones instead of the device. In another bizarre case, a woman in Chandigarh ordered five kilograms of paneer online, only to discover a large stone inside later. Initially, after receiving the package, she put it into the refrigerator. The truth came out only later, when she tried to cut the paneer before cooking and discovered the stone inside.
