He shared a short video from the aircraft that showed how the approach into Navi Mumbai looked different from what many flyers are used to while landing at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. “Landing in Mumbai, without having to witness the slums is a welcome sight. He noted that mobile network connectivity was not available at the time. To feel the gal, free Wi-Fi access is available. “There is no mobile network currently. But there’s access to free WiFi. You can use it to book cabs. And keep Wi-Fi calling option on. Else the cabbie won’t be able to call you," he wrote. He also explained the layout for onward travel. According to his post, travellers need to go one level down after exiting the terminal to reach public transport facilities. He mentioned that Chalo buses to Colaba and other parts of the city were operational from the very first day.
