Drawing from his own journey within the organisation, the Prime Minister shared personal experiences from his early days as a party worker. “I am the Prime Minister but I am a karyakarta 24×7," he told the gathering. Addressing young and aspiring leaders, PM Modi emphasised the importance of remaining rooted at the grassroots and reminded them that the responsibility of an elected representative does not end with winning an election. The Prime Minister stressed that humility and dedication to service are the true hallmarks of a party worker. He also highlighted that it is the organisation that is supreme and empowering, reinforcing the idea that individual roles derive strength from collective effort.
