Stream both tracks below. “The Hardest Thing” features late drummer and composer Tony Allen. On the sparse track about grief and hope, a floating voice punctuates the floating production as if it’s an introduction to another song. Pre-order The Mountain on Vinyl/CD That song is “Orange County,” a companion track to “The Hardest Thing” with a vibrant feel in its earnest melody. It combines Gorillaz’s signature energy with a relaxing vibe, thanks to the contributions of Bizarrap, Kara Jackson, and Anoushka Shanksar.
