Ahead Of Newcastle Clash Amorim hoped that he could give United fans a belated gift when the side welcome Newcastle to Old Trafford on the 27th of December. Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim sent his Christmas wishes out to the adoring fanbase across the world and revealed the work the unit has been putting in to overturn their fortunes. Amorim, who has been tasked with the daunting job of restoring the Red Devils to their old glory, hoped that he could give United fans a belated gift when the side welcomes Newcastle to Old Trafford on the 27th of December. Amorim urged other players to step up amid the swathe of players that will be unavailable for the clash against Eddie Howe and Co., who have 23 points under their belt stand 11th ahead of the game at OT. Newcastle look to continue their strong showings against the Red Devils in recent times as the Toon Army looks to add to their five wins out of the last six encounters against United.
