‘Anyone Who Attacks Her Can Eat S**t’: JD Vance On Racist Remarks Against Wife Usha JD Vance said racism should be opposed in all forms and that people should be judged by their actions rather than race or ethnicity. US Vice President JD Vance strongly condemned racist and antisemitic attacks directed at his wife Usha Vance after remarks by far-right commentator Nick Fuentes and former White House press secretary Jen Psaki. Speaking in an interview with UnHerd, JD Vance said attacks on his family were unacceptable, regardless of political affiliation. Recommended Stories “Let me be clear. Anyone who attacks my wife, whether their name is Jen Psaki or Nick Fuentes, can eat sh#t. That’s my official policy as vice president of the United States," he said. He added that antisemitism and ethnic hatred had no place in American public life, asserting, “Whether you’re attacking somebody because they’re white or because they’re black or because they’re Jewish, I think it’s disgusting." Nick Fuentes has repeatedly targeted Usha Vance, who was born in the US to Indian immigrant parents. Nick Fuentes has referred to JD Vance as a “race traitor" for marrying outside his race and has used racist language against the second lady. JD Vance said Fuentes and his supporters, often known as the “Groyper" movement, had long harassed his friends and family online. JD Vance said racism should be opposed in all forms and that people should be judged by their actions rather than race or ethnicity. However, he argued that the greater concern lay not with fringe online figures but with those holding political power. He claimed that race-based policies in college admissions and employment over the past decade had encouraged discrimination against white Americans. JD Vance said his children, who are of mixed white and South Asian heritage, faced disadvantages in elite educational and professional systems as a result of such policies, which he said were backed by Democrats under Joe Biden. “If you believe racism is bad, Fuentes should occupy one second of your focus, and the people with actual political power who worked so hard to discriminate against white men should occupy many hours of it," he said. JD Vance also criticised what he described as “heritage Americanist" views that place emphasis on ancestry and genetics over shared civic values.
