Desperate Ayotollah siphon off millions to Dubai as they prepare for Iran regime collapse Iran's bloody protests have been temporarily quashed but the regime's massive security crackdown cannot be sustained as fearful Ayotollah family and leaders send cash outside Iran Desperate Iranian officials have siphoned off hundreds of millions of pounds to prepare for regime collapse even though the popular revolt has been squashed for now, a new report claims. It says they have diverted cash deposits to banks in Dubai and elsewhere amid fears the banking system will collapse and Tehran’s brutal government could fall imminently. Among them is the Ayotollah’s son Mojtaba Khamenei who has farmed off about £250 million in dollars to a banking establishment in Dubai in case he has to flee. The mass cash diversion was revealed in a fresh report by the US-based Critical Threats Organisation which says the protests have been suppressed for now. For days vastly different estimates of the death toll in Iran have circulated.” It adds, although the figures cannot be confirmed: “Some human rights organisations place the number at around 2,500 while others suggest it may be far higher, possibly exceeding 20,000.” The Critical Threat report follows major preparations for a US attack on Iran which was suddenly pulled after Trump had “reassurances” from the secretive Tehran government, which he accepted. The new report says: “The regime’s mobilization of security forces to securitize society is unsustainable, which makes it possible that protests could resume when the regime is no longer able to sustain this mobilization. “Mobilizing security forces for long periods of time risks burning out and exhausting these forces.” And it adds that the protests are likely to return, whilst regime figures are diverting their cash deposits. It adds: “Iranian leaders are reportedly moving their US currency reserves abroad, which indicates their lack of faith in Iran’s banking system and may indicate concerns about the future of the regime.” It continues: “Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s son, Mojtaba Khamenei, has moved $328 million USD of that total to Dubai.” And it is believed the protests could...
