EXCLUSIVE: Fast-rising English star Tom Blyth has signed with CAA . Blyth can currently be seen starring opposite Emily Bader in Netflix, Temple Hill and 3000 Pictures’ hit rom-com People We Meet on Vacation , based on the New York Times bestselling novel from Emily Henry. Directed by Brett Haley, the film debuted to 17.2 million views over its launch weekend in early January, as the No. 1 film on the English-language Top 10 movie list. On February 20, Blyth will be seen starring opposite David Jonsson in the gritty prison drama Wasteman from writer-director Cal McMau for Bankside and Lionsgate UK. For his work on the film, he’s received a British Independent Film Award nomination in the category of Best Supporting Performance. Additionally upcoming, he stars opposite Matt Dillon in the Claire Denis drama The Fence . Then, there’s Watch Dogs , New Regency’s adaptation of the hit Ubisoft video game, where he stars alongside Sophie Wilde. Recently, Blyth starred opposite Russell Tovey in Magnolia’s Plainclothes , written and directed by Carmen Emmi. Based on a true story of underground “plainclothes” officers entrapping gay men, the film was awarded the Jury Prize for Best Ensemble out of Sundance 2025 and released theatrically on September 19. Last fall, Blyth was also seen reprising as the titular Old West outlaw Billy the Kid in the third season of MGM+’s series of the same name. Watch on Deadline Blyth broke out internationally with a starring role in Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes , which launched in the fall of 2023 and went on to gross over $349 million worldwide. The actor played a young Coriolanus Snow, a role which originated and was made famous by Donald Sutherland. Additional credits include a guest starring role on HBO’s 19th century period drama, The Gilded Age , and a supporting role in Terence Davies’ Benediction , released by Roadside Attractions. Blyth began his career in local theater, film and television in the UK before beginning his studies at The Juilliard School and training at both Shakespeare on the Sound and Nottingham Playhouse. He is represented in the UK by Olivia Homan at United Agents and managed by Myrna Jacoby of MJ Management. His attorney is Jim Gilio.
