UAE Ministry of Education introduces instant degree recognition for 34 Universities

How does the Automatic Recognition System work? Under this new system: Graduates from participating universities get immediate recognition of their degrees without separate applications. Recognition is linked to official databases and confirmed through an approved QR‐code system, eliminating physical document submissions. The initiative supports simplified employment, residency, visa applications, and postgraduate admissions. More than 25,000 graduates have already used the system since its launch. MoHESR says that the digital tools for verification help ensure data reliability and make it easier for both graduates and authorities to confirm recognised qualifications quickly. The system also supports recognition of qualifications obtained outside the UAE, offering electronic verification and digital reports that help relevant authorities verify foreign degrees.
