The India Open 2026 is set to return as one of the marquee stops on the Badminton World Federation’s World Tour Super 750 circuit, bringing six days of elite badminton action to New Delhi. Scheduled from January 13 to January 18, the tournament will be hosted at the iconic Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, where the world’s top shuttlers will battle for ranking points, prize money, and early-season momentum. For Indian fans, the India Open remains a highlight on the sporting calendar, offering a rare chance to see homegrown stars compete against the best international opposition on home soil. Established names such as PV Sindhu and Lakshya Sen will headline India’s campaign, while rising talents like Ayush Shetty look to make a statement on a big stage.
