Brandi Cyrus is getting married! Miley Cyrus ‘ older sister announced on Instagram on Friday that she is engaged to Matt Southcombe . She posted photos of the happy moment, which showed her man down on one knee next to his motorcycle at “the place where it all started,” Hanks Coffee Station in Franklin, Tennessee. She also shared a sweet sunset portrait, showing her ring. And it appears the couple also had a dinner to celebrate the engagement afterward, as the 38-year-old DJ included a pic of her kissing Matt while sitting at a table decorated with flowers.
